I enjoy problem solving through user centred design to create experiences that make people’s lives easier, whatever the situation.
For more than 15 years I’ve worked with a number of businesses from start ups to the UK’s largest companies, leading UX, product and digital service design. This has given me a unique perspective in balancing business objectives with user needs to produce rich experiences that deliver real results.
I see product design as an opportunity to test and learn through gaining the right user insight. I use this approach right through the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with team members to iterate on what we're developing the more we learn.
Where are we now? What are our goals and what’s our plan to achieve them? I work with businesses to answer those very questions in order to define the UX strategy and shape the product roadmap.

Both hands on and working with research specialists, my goal is to understand user needs and problems to identify opportunities and help illustrate their value to the business.
Research
I’m an end-to-end designer who uses sketching and wire-framing right through to producing high-fidelity designs and prototypes, testing and learning throughout.
Design
It’s important to understand users both external and within the business, working with senior leaders to evangelise design thinking, as well as squad teams to deliver the best results for everyone.
